About these terms

Products and prices

Ordering and payment
Orders are paid through Stripe’s secure checkout (Stripe Payment Links). A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation by email. [PLACEHOLDER] Confirm how and when confirmations are sent.
Delivery

Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To withdraw, send us a clear statement at hello@foundya.com.

The FoundYa service
- Tags work together with the FoundYa app. To receive messages, register your tags in the app.
- We work to keep the service available, but can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted.
- FoundYa helps finders contact owners, but we can’t guarantee that a lost item will be found or returned.
- Any reward is a matter between the owner and the finder. FoundYa is not a party to it. [PLACEHOLDER] Confirm.

Acceptable use
Don’t use FoundYa to harass, threaten, deceive or spam anyone, or to send unlawful content. We may block messages or accounts that break these rules.

Intellectual property

Contact us first at hello@foundya.com, and we’ll try to resolve the issue. Consumers may also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs, www.ptac.gov.lv) or its Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
