Does the finder need an app?
No. The finder scans the QR code with their phone camera and a message page opens in the browser. No download, no account.
Is my identity hidden?
Yes. Your name, phone number and address are never shown to the finder. You reply through the FoundYa app, and you decide what, if anything, to share.
What if my tag gets damaged?
[PLACEHOLDER] Order a replacement and link it to the same item in the app. Your conversations and settings stay as they are.
Do I need a subscription?
[PLACEHOLDER] No. You pay once for the tags. Messaging and notifications are included.
Are the tags waterproof?
[PLACEHOLDER] Yes. Tags are made to handle rain, splashes and everyday wear. Avoid long soaks and dishwashers.
What data do you store?
